360 Walkthrough
This service allows you to document any shape or size of property both private and commercial using a Matterport compatible camera to give a digital 3D walkthrough.

You can also view your property as a dollhouse allowing you to zoom into each room.
This will also allow you to view the property measurements, move freely through the rooms and add room labels. This service could be suitable for you if you're promoting a house or showing the venue/property online for bookings.
how does it all work?

SCAN
I will come to your property, set up the camera, and take multiple 360 scans at different points throughout the areas that you would like scanned.

UPLOAD
Once back in the office, I will upload your property scans into the Matterport program to create a fully 3D interactive space.

to complete
If you would like to add details or room names to your final model, just let me know.
You then will be given a link to access it.
Prices
Clients need to complete an initial assessment document before an estimated cost will be given.
The costs below are for guidance only and are based on scans in an empty building.

Additonal details will be limited per scan.

Name tags can be added to different points of the scan to reveal any information for the public to see. (Max 10 tags)

Photos can be attached into the tags. (Max 5 photos per tag.)
You can also add a link to your website or social media for a quick access.

There will be a extra charge for a site survey if you're unsure about your property size or which service to go for.
I offer individual scans of your property or join them all into a dollhouse or
you can have both. This can be discussed further.

Complimentary hosting is included for the first 6 months, then either you take this over yourself through Matterport or I can continue to host at £15 per month or £100 per year.
