Our line drawing is based on a photograph of your favourite building that perhaps has a special place in your heart.
Based on your photograph, each design will be created with extra attention to detail to ensure that everything is perfect for you.
Additional detail can be added to the design to finish it off such as a custom border, a special message or dedication. You can choose where you would like your details incorporated into the drawing. Font can be chosen from our House Font listing.
We are unable to include people or animals, but we will automatically take out any street furniture such as dustbins or satellite dishes if requested.
The design will be created from your photograph, if you have a different view of the building that you would like created – please see our enhanced Custom Design listing.
Digital Proofing - the design will take approximately 4-5 days depending on communication with you, you will be sent a watermarked proof to approve, at this point you can make minor changes to the design if necessary.
Once you have approved the final design, an invoice will be sent. Once payment has been received the final design will be emailed to you as a PDF, ready for you to download and print.
Due to the personalised nature of the work, no refund will be available.
